Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your purchase - in order to get any compensation - this must be discussed no longer than 14 days after receiving your item with the seller (us). You will receive a full refund (less return shipping) if the item comes back in its original condition. It is your responsibility to make sure the item arrives back in original condition, if item is damaged you will not receive a refund from Wonderland Works (however you will be able to try for a claim from your postal service).
If you are wanting to return an item because it got broken in transit then PLEASE DO NOT POST IT BACK TO US, this is purely for safety precautions to prevent yourself or anyone else getting injured - before disposing of the broken item we will need evidence of all damages via photographs, these can be attached to an email (abby@wonderlandworks.co.uk) or use the "contact" page within 14 days and we will be more than happy to fully refund you or replace free of charge.

All custom orders will not be refundable as they cannot be resold - please be clear in your requirements when discussing with seller.
