A beautiful set of slate heart plaques. Perfect for decorating your home for Easter and spring. 

I don’t know about you but I think of baby animals such as sheep in the spring months and relate baby bunnies and chicks with Easter so these as a set with the bold colours and floral accessories make them just right for that seasonal touch.

Each plaque measures at approx 15 x 15cm and has been hand decorated by me using my own decoupage technique.
